A regular slot means we can plan a cleaner’s day around your street instead of sending them across the city. We pass that back.

The small print, in plain English

Is that the final price?

Yes. The figure you see at booking is the figure on your invoice, unless you add something on the day.

Do I pay for products?

No. Cleaning products and equipment are included. If you'd rather we used yours, just say.

When do I pay?

We invoice after each clean, payable within 7 days by bank transfer. Nothing is taken at booking.

What if I need to cancel?

Free up to 24 hours before. Inside that we may charge for the slot, because your cleaner has already turned down other work.

What if the clean isn't right?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and redo it at no charge.

Is there VAT?

Not at the moment. Our turnover is below the €42,500 threshold, so no VAT is chargeable. If that changes we'll tell you before it affects your price.

Why we're not the cheapest

An independent cleaner in Dublin charges €13–18 an hour. We charge more because our cleaners are employed rather than self-employed, paid above the minimum wage, Garda vetted, and covered by €6.5m of public liability insurance. If the cheapest hourly rate is what you need, we’re honestly not the right fit.
